My name is Imam Khalid Abdul Aziz, current Director of Masjid Bilal ibn Rabaah, Inc. and served as assistant imam of the Muslim Community Center of Augusta from 2005-2008, and residential imam from 2008- 2011. I am the founder of The Dawah Center of Human Development, a nonprofit organization that provides food, and clothing and invites others to have a better understanding of Islam and the role of Muslims in today’s society.

I served as a former voluntary chaplain for the Georgia Department of Corrections from 2012 to 2016, as a behavioral health counselor who specializes in mental health, substance abuse, and anger management. I graduated from Madina Institute USA in 2017 and completed studies in Usul ud Din, under the tulege of Shaykh Muhammad Ninowy, in which I received an ijazah of the text Aqidah at Tahawiyyah. Presently pursuing my master’s degree in Islamic studies at Mishkah University (Islamic University of North America) studying under shuyukhs including Shaykh Dr. Muhammad Salah, Shaykh Hatem Al- Haj, and Shaykh Salah Al- Sawy.

I offer very Balanced therapeutic counseling within the light of Qur’an and Sunnah.
